Higger & Associates, LLC is a leading insurance brokerage and benefits consulting firm based in New York City. The company sells a broad range of insurance services and provides expert guidance to its clients in related areas. With more than 4000 clients, including businesses, families, and individuals, Higger & Associates (H&A) is reported to be one of the fastest growing agencies in Manhattan.

Webb Communications provided H&A with a number of services and solutions, helping to enhance the company's marketing efforts and improve its productivity. First, Webb created a new website that includes detailed information about H&A's service offerings. The site is an effective sales tool and reinforces the firm's identity as an established leader in its market. Next, Webb built a "personnel intranet" which enables H&A to do away with its printed employee handbook and allows the HR manager to easily communicate with employees about changes to benefits and company policies. The system track employees' confirmations regarding changes.

Most recently, Webb designed an HTML E-mail newslet-ter for the company, which has been well received by H&A's management and marketing staff.
