Webb Builds and Launches Bright Rewards™
Webb Communications developed and launched Bright Rewards™ a full-featured sales incentive system for companies to launch on-line incentive gift / reward programs. Webb created the visual identity and functionality of this online incentive portal. The Bright Rewards™ objectives are to assist companies in attracting new customers, drive sales, and reward employees. Webb designed and developed the highly scalable, secure and customizable E-commerce platform which makes it possible for anyone to easily brand an entire on-line gift program to their company's identity. Webb Communications develops website for Broadway Show "Steel Magnolias"
The classic movie "Steel Magnolias" was a huge box office hit, which starred such icons as Julia Roberts, Dolly Pardon, Sally Field, Shirley MacLaine, Darryl Hannah and Sam Shepard, among others. When the hit show returned to Broadway, its producers selected Webb Communications to implement a marketing website which contained lots of "pizazz" including: Flash animation, music and video clips. The site achieved its goal of launching a fun and engaging online presence for the show, which stars Delta Burke, Marsha Mason, Frances Sternhagen, Christine Ebersole and Rebecca Gayheart.

Webb Communications Designs and Launches New Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Web Site: New York, N.Y. - Webb Communications, Inc. announced the launch of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce's new web site (www.italchamber.org). Webb designed and implemented the site, which includes such interactive features as a content management system and an on-line database of the organization's sustaining members.

Webb Communications Hosts "An Evening With The Playwrights" Featuring Broadway Playwrights Mario Fratti and Rupert Holmes:
New York, N.Y. - Webb Communications recently hosted a very unique "Evening With The Playwrights." The landmark theater district restaurant Trattoria Dopo Teatro was the scene of this delightful and entertaining night on October 20th as Broadway playwrights Mario Fratti and Rupert Holmes took the stage, charming an audience of 100+ actors, writers, business executives, and fans. The two veteran playwrights shared anecdotes about their diverse careers on Broadway and beyond.

Webb Communications Designs & Launches New York City Museum Web Site: The Italian American Museum
Webb Communications designed and developed the new web site for the Italian American Museum in New York City, www.italianamericanmuseum.org. Webb developed and designed the site's architecture, navigational layout and visuals. The site contains information on museum exhibitions news and events. Additionally, Webb developed the ecommerce component to allow for online membership donations. An online store will also be incorporated to purchase exhibition catalogues, books and other items.

Webb Vice President John Battista De Santis Elected to the Board of Directors of The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce
The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce board of directors provides leadership and sets the chamber policy for activities, initiatives and future growth. Founded in 1887, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce is one of the oldest in the United States. The IACC is an independent, private, not-for-profit U.S. corporation. The chamber represents the interests of companies that have, or are interested in establishing, business relations between the U.S. and Italy. The Chamber is affiliated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is a founding member of the European-American Chamber of Commerce.

Webb Co-Founder Steve Collins elected to Exective Board of Irish Business Organization of New York.
The Irish Business Organization is New York's premier business organization facilitating commerce between Irish and Irish American entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes. Steve has been active in the IBO since 1998, serving on the Marketing Committee for the organization prior to serving on its Board.

Webb Communications Designs New Italian Cultural Web Portal.
Webb Communications designed and developed the new web site for Italian Heritage & Culture Committee of New York, www.italyculturemonth.org, which will serve as a portal for information on Italian culture. This site was designed and produced by John Battista De Santis, Vice President of Webb Communications and member of the Committee's Board of Directors. On March 13th Webb Communications participated in a panel discussion/reception on Italian opera, and the Committee's new web site at the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce in New York.

Webb Communications Designs New Website for The Irish Business Organization of New York.
Webb Communications, designed and produced the web site of the Irish Business Organization of New York's, www.ibo-ny.com. Webb worked closely with the IBO, which sought to create a site that would: promote the benefits of IBO membership, provide news to members about events and activities, enable members to securely share business opportunities, reduce the cost of administering the organization through on-line membership renewal, registration for events, and electronic distribution of the IBO newsletter. The site will also promote member businesses and services to U.S. and international business communities.

Webb recently hired Raoul H. Didisheim as its new senior development manager.
Raoul has a background in new media development, television and corporate video. Prior to Webb, Raoul worked for companies such as Sundance Channel, Siemens Business, Medialink, Cablevision's MagRack and Razorfish. Raoul was a producer for ABC Television's Airline in-flight programming, Streamsearch.com, The Primelife Network, The Travel Channel, HBO, The Outdoor Life Network, The Sesame Workshop and European networks RTL, ProSieben and NPS. He is a recipient of two Telly Awards and a Film Advisory Board Award of Excellence. Raoul holds a B. S. in Mass Communications from Emerson College.

Webb Communications Develops New Website for The Italian Trade Commission in New York.
Webb designed and developed the Commission's online economic development initiative for the Italian marketplace targeting the United States, at
www.partnership-usa.com. This site will serve as an economic resource for Italian businesses interested in entering the US market. There is an extensive database of reports and, for each state, statistics addressing current information such as population, economic activity, tax incentives, and rental costs.

Webb launches the United States marketing campaign for the Milan Chamber of Commerce
Webb developed and will implement all components of the US targeted media plan out of New York. This on-line initiative of Italian artisans is in the areas of house furnishing, textile-apparel and artistic handicrafts.
The site will present the Made In Italy brand to US consumers and trade at www.artisanexpo.it . Webb organized a campaign launch reception at the
Italy-America Chamber of Commerce October 16th.

Webb Feature Article in the News. The US based Italian language newspaper. Webb's extensive Italy US focused strategies and backround were highlighted.

Webb Communications designs and produces website for the Broadway play "Say Goodnight Gracie" www.SayGoodNightGracie.net starring Frank Gorshin, "The Riddler" of the original Batman TV series. The play's creator is multiple Tony Award-winning playwright Rupert Holmes.

Webb Communications designs and launches America & Italia Weekly
www.AIWeekly.com is a national Italy and America weekly news magazine focusing on political, economic and cultural affairs. Webb developed the site design and created the masthead logo. Webb will develop the design for the print version and creative direction for future initiatives as well as weekly site updates.

Webb Communications and client TuscanDream.com sponsor a Tuscany Villa Vacation Giveawayat Man Ray restaurant's one-year anniversary party. The star-studded guests list included Man Ray co-owner Sean Penn (other investors include John Malkovich, Johnny Depp and Harvey Weinstein), Jack Nicholson, Mike Myers, Adam Sandler, Ron Silver, Danny Aiello, Kevin Bacon and others.

Webb Communications VP John De Santis works with the Italian Heritage & Culture Month Committee in New York to organize a concert on October 9th celebrating the 26th annual Italian Culture Month. Webb was one of the sponsors and provided creative direction for the event. Acclaimed Italian pianist Cristiana Pegoraro and the Highbridge Voices Choir from the Bronx performed a selection of piano and sacred music.

Webb Communications designs and develops www.DiningCertificates.com Webb created brand ID both on and off-line, as well as will developing secure back-end systems for on-line orders and an extensive on-line marketing campaign. DiningCertificates.com will enable consumers to buy gift certificates via a secure, on-line interface. It will be easy and inexpensive for restaurants to sell gift certificates on-line. This is a continuation of the on-line collaboration between Webb and Emilio Barletta, CEO of DiningCertificates.com, who also heads the Dopo Teatro Restaurant Group in New York City.

Webb Communications Implements E-Commerce System & Creates On-line Marketing Strategy for AsanteImports.com. developed an e-commerce shopping system and on-line marketing program for AsanteImports.com, an on-line importer of Italian food, wine accessories and gourmet food gifts. Webb's work scope will facilitate and expand on-line ordering and on-line marketing. 

Webb Communications Designs & Launches the Gaffco, Inc. Web Site.
Webb Communications, a leading new media development consulting firm based in New York City serving clients in the US and international markets, announced today the launch of the Gaffco, Inc. web site at, www.gaffco.com. Webb has also produced an on-line marketing campaign for the company. Gaffco Inc. manufactures and installs bullet resistant and architectural millwork systems with extensive European and North American experience.

Webb Communications Hosts Reception at the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce in New York. Members of the chamber and guests were introduced to some of Webb's newest project launches in a brief presentation by Webb VP John Battista De Santis, followed by a cocktail reception at the Chamber's conference facility located at the Crown Building on Fifth Avenue. Webb Communications, whose activities cover the Italian and US markets, recently became a member of the Chamber.

Cascina New York Restaurant. Design and launch of the Cascina Restaurant web site at www.cascinanyc.com. This is the fourth restaurant site developed by Webb for NY restaurateur Emilio Barlett, (the others are Trattoria Dopo Teatro, Osteria Fiorentina and Zanzibar). Cascina is located in New York City at 9th Avenue & 45th Street (at the end of "restaurant row"). In the vineyards of Italy, the cascina is where the family and friends gather for meals, an Italian country kitchen. Owner and Architect Emilio Barletta has partnered with Mikele DeNegri and enlisted executive chef Cristiano Pera.

Marquis Who's Who Phase II. Completion of Phase II expansion of back-end biography submission, review, and tracking system. This greatly eases the company's review and processing of thousands of online biographical submissions received each month.

Brooklyn Public Library. Webb redesigns site for Brooklyn Public Library system (www.brooklynpubliclibrary.org). BPL is the third largest public library system in the U.S.

Launch of North American Celtic Buyers Association Web Site Completion of two new sites for the North American Celtic Buyers Association. NACBA is the trade association for North American retailers of Celtic (Irish, Scottish, and Welsh) products and gifts. The new sites, www.celticbuyers.com and www.celticshow.com, will help to link people seeking unique Celtic gifts and products with NACBA member stores in their geographic area.

R.R. Bowker & Company 2001 On-line Catalog. Including site design, product search engine and on-line ordering system for 100+ publications.

New York Gas Group (NYGAS). Complete web site redevelopment, server setup, and creation of an on-line project information system (with SQL database).

"The Male Intellect." Site redevelopment for Robert Dubac's long running one-man play.

North Jersey Water Supply District. New Jersey's largest public water supplier selects Webb to create a new site for the Passaic River Basin Watershed Management Project.

The North American Celtic Buyer's Association (NACBA) chooses Webb to create an interactive site for communicating with its members, suppliers, and perspective members.

Dome-Tech Engineering retains Webb to develop its new site (including copy editing, HTML development, and on-line marketing). Front-end design by Elissa Hari-Curtis.

Webb's Partner, Biz2000 Develops On-line Marketing for McDonalds Italia.. Milan­Biz 2000 was contracted to produce a marketing plan for McDonalds Italia Online. The work scope includes analysis of the site, the brand, market trends, targeting the demographic and enhancing the online usage of McDonalds Italia site in relation to corporate objectives.

Reymer Jourdan. Webb completes site redesign for one of New York's premier antiques dealers.

R.R. Bowker & Company chooses Webb to create an online catalog for over 100 separate publishing directories.

Webb commences work on the "Millennium Database" project for the New York Gas Group (NYGAS) the industry trade group for New York's major gas utility companies.

Webb creates a strategic alliance with Zelacom Electronic Publishing to expand its site hosting capabilities, including the development of advanced, high-speed database hosting solutions.

Webb completes Phase 1 work for the New Jersey District Water Supply Commission (NJDWSC), a commission which oversees the operation of the largest water supply operation in the State of New Jersey.

Reed Elsevier, a world leading publisher and information provider, selects Webb to create its on-line gift product catalog (as a follow to Webb's redesign of the "Marquis Who's Who" website).
