New Italian Cultural Web Portal.
Webb Communications designed and developed the new web site
for The Italian Heritage & Culture Committee of New York,
www.italyculturemonth.org,
which will serve as a portal for information on Italian culture.
This site was designed and produced by John Battista De Santis,
Vice President of Webb Communications and member of the Committee's
Board of Directors.
On March 13th Webb Communications participated in a panel
discussion/reception on Italian opera, and the Committee's new web
site at the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce in New York. This
event was coordinated by Berardo Paradiso, Special Projects Chair,
Italian Heritage & Culture Committee and presented in conjunction
with Webb Communications, The Italian Heritage & Culture Committee,
The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce and The Fondazione Verona
per L'Arena.
John De Santis highlighted features of the new web site for the
audience. The attendees included the New York/Italy business and
cultural community, members of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce,
directors of the Banca d'Italia, and Monte dei Paschi di Siena,
management of Opera News Magazine and Prof. Louis Pataki of New
York University, brother of the New York State Governor.

Webb Communications Joins the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce
and Recommends Improvements to the Chamber’s Online Presence
Webb became a member of The Swiss-American Chamber of
Commerce New York Chapter in February, and recently the SACC
CEO in Geneva approached Webb for input regarding the Chamber’s
online presence. Webb analyzed the web site and suggested changes
pertaining to the site’s usability and architecture. Webb’s senior
development director Raoul Didisheim and Vice President John De
Santis are working to develop initiatives with SACC membership.
The Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce is a 2,300 member,
not-for-profit organization committed to the promotion and facilitation
of business relations between the United States of America and Switzerland.
