Development of on-line catalog, ordering system, and product search tool for this major publisher of reference books and multi-media products serving the library and publishing markets. Project enabled Bowker to easily provide information about its internet and print products to its target market. Used both as an on-line sales vehicle and as a marketing tool at trade shows, the site has had an excellent response from Bowker's management and customers. On-line ordering system enables Bowker's existing and prospective clients to place on-line orders quickly and easily using purchase orders.
