Webb developed developed a new online presence for The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce. The IACC sought to create a site that will serve as a resource for business relations between the U.S. and Italian markets.
Webb developed the site architecture to maximize the presentation of information, while at the same time providing a clear sense of design. The site structure incorporates a three- column approach. This will allow for maximum flexibility in focusing on the extensive site content without overwhelming the site user.
Another key component is the dynamic content management system. Webb has developed the back-end system that will enable all IACC staff to modify site content, making the site a flexible, powerful marketing tool that can be updated quickly and easily by non-technical staff. Built into the site structure is an editable text field enabling the Chamber to provide timely news on the appropriate section of the site. The right-hand column will present the sustaining members of the Chamber in a dynamic, database-driven style. Upon moving through the site, sustaining member names will appear randomly, ensuring equitable presentation of each sustaining member.
