Site redesign, redevelopment, and advanced hosting of the NYGAS web site, serving the major natural gas utilities of New York State. Webb created a password-protected back-end database section for this site which enables NYGAS, its member companies, and the New York State Public Service Commission to view information about technology projects. Webb also implemented an advanced search system for the NYGAS site.
